Diego Varela

I got a degree in Economics from Universidade da Coruña, and both an MSc in European Studies and a PhD in Government from the London School of Economics and Political Science. I was also a Robert Schuman scholar in the European Parliament. In 2002 I got a grant from the European Commission to introduce a Jean Monnet module on The Government of the European Union at Universidade da Coruña. Between 2008 and 2012 I was an adjunct professor (profesor asociado) at the Faculty of Economics and Business of this university. I am also the executive editor of the European Journal of Government and Economics.
